➰ Coffee of the Month - No. 25 ➰

Welcome to our Brew News Coffee of the Month

THE STORY BEHIND NO. 25

No. 25... The aroma notes say it all really... Sweet honey with toffee characters that are immediately evident with a smokey almond base... The ultimate weekender where you want your coffee to linger a little longer while you relax taking in the winter vibes.

ORIGINS:

Only premium Arabica beans from the plantations of New Guinea, Costa Rica, Colombia, Sumatra and Brazil.

TASTING NOTES:

A rich spicy aroma that is reminiscent of star anise or a field of sweet molasses. In the cup is another very full bodied coffee with notes of dark honey and rich smooth dark chocolate. In the milk is a strong yet smooth coffee where the dark chocolate balances out with the milk to create the taste of milk chocolate and lingering caramel toffee finish.

ROASTING PHASE:

Post Roast Blending. This a two phase coffee combining 25% caramel roast with a medium roast base to give a blend of mellowness and power.

ADAN'S TIPS:

Deceivingly smooth, hiding its strength through smoothness, uniquely delicious as a long black or a strong Latte.

Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags in any grind preference or beans. Freshly roasted locally in Australia. Purchase here
